Ride-Day Registration ($105 per person)
Download and Print the Ride Day Registration form, and bring a check or cash in the amount of $105 per rider. Make checks out to Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club!
Mail-In Registration ($95 per person)
If you choose to register by Mail, your entry must be postmarked by April 30th. If postmarked later, you may be required to pay again on the day of the ride (and your mail-in registration will be returned to you). Download, fill out and mail the Mail-In Registration Form.
