They have a unique story to tell, and every day there are hundreds fewer story-tellers to pass on their legacy.   The Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club presents you with a unique opportunity to hear one of America's Patriot's from the "Greatest Generation" -

This is your chance to listen to local World War II and Korean veteran, and 3-time Purple Heart recipient Ted Salisbury, talk about his experiences during some of the most impactful battles of World War II (Guadalcanal, Bougainville, Guam, Iwo Jima) and the Battle of Inchon during the Korean War.  This is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME Experience!

“Yes I did (see the raising of the Flag on Iwo Jima), and it didn't mean a damn thing to me.

The bottom of the (fox) hole looked better than the flag to me" - Ted Salisbury, on the Iwo Jima Flag raising while the battle raged.

11:00am - Doors Open
11:30am - Lunch is Served (for those that purchased in advance $20 p/p)
12:00pm - 1:00pm   Presentation by Ted Salisbury

100% of all proceeds will be donated to the Lodi American Legion to help fund their various Veterans Programs.
